Refund Policy
VisionNest is committed to client satisfaction. We provide a fair and transparent refund policy as outlined below:
1. Digital Products and Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time, and access will remain active until the end of the paid period.

No prorated refunds are offered for unused time within a billing period.
2. One-on-One Coaching Sessions

Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.

Missed or late-cancelled sessions (less than 24 hours' notice) are non-refundable unless due to an emergency, subject to review.
3. Enterprise Contracts

For custom engagements, refund terms are governed by a separate service agreement signed between VisionNest and the client.

Deposits for enterprise programs are non-refundable once the engagement has begun unless otherwise stipulated in the contract.
